Our Tenants
Woodville Community provides space for growing, learning and gathering. Our facilities, including the cabin; shared kitchens; workshop areas; gardens; formal lawn; and woodland, are available to our on-site tenants, supporting enterprises, groups and projects that contribute positively to people, place and wellbeing.
Woodville also welcomes ‘virtual tenants’, offering them a registered business address, postal services, and the ability to book on-site spaces as needed.
Alongside providing facilities, Woodville supports all its tenants through networking opportunities, shared resources and guidance from like-minded peers. Our goal is to nurture organisations rooted in community values: environmental stewardship, social connection, creativity, inclusion and local growth.
Becoming a Tenant
Woodville welcomes enterprises, groups and projects that share our values of community, creativity and sustainability.
If you are interested, please complete the Formal Enquiry form, and a member of the team will be in touch to discuss how we can support you.
